Sales Representative:
Position Overview
TBC Net is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team. A successful sales representative will understand selling client-centric solutions to new and existing clients. The right person will understand the process of defining business objectives and providing solutions that satisfy those objectives. A successful sales representative will enjoy the challenge of meeting their sales objectives consistently through lead generation and sales activities.
Desired requirements
- Minimum of two years of outside sales experience with responsibility for closing sales
- Experience working in business to business sales
- Proven success meeting quota and sales objectives
- Excellent people skills, communication skills, and self-management skills
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to focus, manage your time and work, and the ability to get things done quickly, efficiently, and completely

- Executing successful lead generation campaigns
- Working with clients to identify needs / business objectives and the best solution to address those needs

Position Responsibilities:
- Sales activities to meet quota
- Adhere to the TBC sales process
- Conduct initial needs analysis meeting with clients using a thorough discovery process
- Create proposal to meet client needs for projects and services
- Present and follow-up on proposals
- Close proposals to meet monthly quota objectives
- Conduct smooth handoff / follow up of new projects and clients
- New Business Development / Lead Generation
- Generate new clients in targeted vertical markets in the Rockford metro area
- Use TBC’s system to generate leads
- Execute and participate in lead generation campaigns
- Participate in networking activities as defined
- Account Management
- Build long-term client relationships
- Meet with clients for Business Reviews as called for in their agreement
- Support all assigned clients
- Maintain and grow vendor and strategic partner relationships
- Work together to uncover opportunities
- Maintain client information in CRM
